Mrs. Sawaged - ESL

Welcome parents and students to my site's page! My name is Abeer Sawaged and I'm one of the ELLs teachers here at Clear Sky. Coming from a diverse background, I'm honored to serve our community's Language Learners!! I joined CSE in 2011. During that time, I’ve been an Educational assistant and a substitute teacher. In 2012, I was honored to accept a position to become one of the ESL teachers at Clear Sky. Growing up overseas -Amman-Jordan- developed a passion for me to acquire the English language. In result, I decided to pursue my undergraduate degree in English as a Second Language from Al-Ahliyya Amman University . In 2017, I was inspired by a group of talented teachers to obtain my Literacy lesson graduate courses from the University of Colorado, Denver to better serve who are involved.

CSE's  English as a Second Language programming provides social and academic language support for all English Learners to become engaged learners who communicate effectively and think critically. English Learners (ELs), with the support of parents, students, staff, teachers, and the community will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to be responsible citizens who contribute to a global society. To keep up to date, take advantage of the links posted on this page and be sure to ask questions if you feel you need more information.
